By law, the defendant have 60-days to response your complaint, there are 3 options will happen:
1. AUSA will ask FBI/USCIS to adjudicate your case, then ask the Court to dismiss your case since it is mooted now, this should be the best result for you.
2. Ask for 30-days extension to response when 60-days reach, most likely the Court will grant it, this will give them more time to work on it (next could be either #1 or #3)
3. Ask the Court to dismiss (motion to dismiss, MTD) your case for lacking jurisdiction, then you have 14 days to response the MTD, this is tough part. Then Judge could either grant/deny defendant's motion without hearing, or arrange the hearing.
For now, you can try to contact the AUSA to ask for the progress
