EB-1b, or just wait? help from xiaobaitu, radiology, pjiang, etc

my status is as follows: NIW 140 approved; 485 was submitted on July 2, 2007. because of the backlog, I talked with HR in my company and they plan to apply the green card for me based on EB-1b. I am not sure whether i should let them start or not. are there any conflicts? THANKS A LOT!
