I did the RIR Labor at first company (mid 2002). Just one day before the Labor certified I left the comapny. In the new company I did the PERM and got first I-140, but stuck in the retrogression for I-485. Last year before I quited my second job, I found there was a unsed labor certificate in my first company, so I contacted them. Fortunately they agreed to help, so I used a substitude labor (PD 2003) and got a second I-140 approved last Semptember. Then I moved forward to a new comapny. Considering I am not working for the comapny my I-485 based on, I applied the second PERM, but did not finish yet.
