回複：Rejection of H4 visa

I have the same problem as yours. My kid's visa was rejected for three times for F2. Now my hu*****and gets his H-1 visa and I am holding F-1 visa. And I will graduate at the end of this year. I decide to go back to China and apply for the H-4 visa for my kid and me. Does someone have the same experience as me? BTW, I am F-2-->F-1, I do not know whether I could get the visa in China successfully. However, I do not want to let my kid apply for the visa alone.
