What do you mean 我的AP是配偶的? You should have your own AP so that you can come back USA with no trouble.

You cannot come back with your spouse's AP.

If you do not want to use EAD, you do not need to do anything to keep working for your original employer, no renewal, no visa reapplication. But you should renew it before it expires next year.
