移民路上又一步，PD 3/25/04 RIR EB2的I-140終於在TSC批了

關於本人485遞交後的H-1B延期
壇子裏曾討論過，原以為像我這樣H-1B六年幾乎用盡，而I-140批準又逾一年的可能
無法再延期了，可公司在TEXAS的移民律師很有把握的說沒有問題，可一直延到current LCA valid date。果然，9/7/2007 遞的，CSC，加快，9/15/2007就批了。

第1個H-1B：07/30/2001 - 12/01/2003
第2個H-1B：02/05/2004 - 12/01/2006
第3個H-1B：10/30/2006 - 09/30/2007
第4個H-1B：10/01/2007 - 09/15/2009

在日本待了8年, 到美國又待了8年，期間還辦過加拿大移民，還考了雅思，從小到
大都在與各國移民機關打交道，為在留資格，為身份，為簽證，為移民分數，為勞
工證，為永久居留權而奮鬥，有時覺得很有意思，有時又覺得很無聊，也很無奈。

我和LP都是謹小慎微的人，赴美8載，始終為身份沒有搞定而不敢大展拳腳。今年夏
天485遞交180天後才終於鼓起勇氣簽下了第一個購房合同。新房，single family
house, 近1800英尺，4房2.5浴，矽穀中心，交通購物方便，小學進步很快，API 已
過850了。69萬拿下的。
