XBT, 皮匠 etc, Please help my I-140

I filed two I-140 forms via my lawyer. One is in TSC (Eb1), which was approved in May 2007 and the corresponding I-485 was filed immediately. Whereas, the other one is in NSC (NIW), which is still pending although it has an early PD. Now, I have few questions on the pending I-140.

(1) It looks that I do not need that pending I-140 any more, is not it?
(1) What should I do for my current situation? Should I cancel the pending I-140 submitted in NSC?
(2) If I decide to cancel the pending I-140, is there any influence on my I-485 application?
(3) Is there any possibility to cancel that I-140 in NSC? Easy to do? How to do it?
