- You will need to apply for a visa overseas at a consulate ONLY when you receive your H-1 approval notice with NO I-94 attached on bottom right.

另，申請父母探親可否用打印的網上的銀行賬戶明細帳？謝謝！
- ok, but a printed statement in mail may be better
