今天看EMAIL, 結果發現: I-140 requesting additional evidence, 記得交I-140
申請材料時,律師說公司一切很好,沒問題(the lawyer said:everything is perfect, I don't see any problem here).現在收到RFE, 心裏很怕,公司是小公司,一共也才五個人:三公民,一綠卡,加我H1辦綠卡， 財務狀況還行。 七月時剛交上I-485,在公司敖了三年多，剛剛有點盼頭，如今卻這樣，綠卡之路何日是頭？ 望有經驗的過來人， 指點一下，I-140 一般要些什麽EVIDENCE呀？在此先謝謝了。
