xiaobaitu and pjiang, I-130 魚蠢問題, please help!

父母曾來美１０次探親和工作， 這次老媽無故被鋸 （老爸獲簽 ），隻好替他們申請GC。第一次自幾添寫移民表格，十分緊張。很多魚蠢問題，請見諒。

I-130 添表問題
1. section B, 第１３項, ‘certification No.’ is the number on the upper right corner of the naturalization certificate, it's not the 'CJS Registration No.'. right? the 'CJS Registration No. is also on the upper right corner, it looks like my old A#.

2. section B 第１0 項, A#, now that I’m a citizen, should I still fill this out?

3. for my birth certificate, should I use my ‘出生公證’?

4. for this first step of application for my parents living in China now, I will only need I-130/ea, my birth certificate, their marriage certificate. Is this right?
