1. section B, 第１３項，certification No. is the number on the upper right corner of the naturalization certificate, it's not the 'CJS Registration No.'. right?
- The question is plain and I don't know what a "CJS Registration No" is

2. section C, 第１7 項, 'list all children of your relative', does that include me myself?

3. section C, 第20 項, should I write in Chinese here?
