究竟屬於什麽身份? XBT, JPiang 等大俠?

我兒子正在填大學申請,現在的Immigration Status 是: I-140 approved,I-485 Pending, 持有EAD和SSN, former H-4 Visa expired a few days ago without extended.在身份問題上不知選什麽好,可選項隻有: US Citizen,US Permanent resident,and Non-immigration Visa (Visa Type including: H-4 等, 但沒有所謂的AOS: Adjustment of Status), 究竟應該選什麽呢? 選H-4, 但已過期;選Permanent Resident,但還沒有真正拿到;可又沒有EAD或AOS選項. 急切請教各位了,尤其是XiaoBaiTu,JPiang等大俠了.
