Xiaobaitu, Pijiang, please help more.

Thanks Xiaobaitu for answer my previous question, here is a followed one, I filed my 140 and 485 to NSC and they are still there now, but according to the new policy, my state belongs to TSC. I did not file I765 then, so now where should I file the I765 to, NSC or TSC?
Any suggestions from anyone are appreciated.
