Pijiang, Xiaobaitu, Please help.

I am a H1, my wife is a Ph.D. F1, I filed I140 and I485 several months ago and they are still pending now. My wife will graduate soon. My question one is: if she uses the 485EAD to work after she has graduate but before her H1 get approved,and then if my I140 got denied, can she still keep her F1 status?
Q2, Can she change her status to H4, I mean technically if it is feasible that knowing I 140 got denied and immediately file F1 switching to H4 application? Just want to avoid to have to leave the country to apply H1 back.
Q3, I submitted my 140 and 485 to NSC and they are still there now, but according to the new policy, my state belongs to TSC. I did not file I765 then, so now where I should file the I765 to, NSC or TSC?
Any suggestions are appreciated.
