Help please! 485 rejected twice! Frustrated!

I am a July 2 485 filer. My family's 485 (three person)package was rejected because I signed in a wrong place for my 7 year old son and wrote one check for the whole family. I received the rejected package last month and according to the instruction to refiled the whole package using the new fee. However, it was rejected again. This time I told to provide the verification information for the Priorite date of my country. Feel very frustrated now!

Any input about how I should do will be greatly appreciated!!
