I140 approval notice No is the same one with the I140 receipt No. They must mess up with your applications. I would suggest:

1) Fax them everyday. Use the underlined and large font in the fax. Use very short sentences. Best thing is to ask your employer fax and write on your behalf.

2) At the same time, prepare WOM. When you are ready to file, probably either your EB1 I140 is approved or your EB2 found. EB1 160 in last October should be approved soon
