請教Pjiang,小白兔 or radiology about 485 RFE waiting time

I was told by infopass my NC is clear at July. 2007. We filed 485 RFE Sep.2007. We didn't get any response within 2 months. Is it valuable to call infopass? Is it normal to wait more than two months even NC is clear. Thank you.
