Hi, dear Xiao Bai Tu:
I’ve got the approval notice of the I140 for the Exceptional Ability in the National Interest (NIW). When I filed the application to the USCIS Nebraska Center last year, I filed 3 packages together: I140 for the extraordinary ability (EB1), I140 for the NIW (EB2) and the I485 (for adjusting to permanent resident status). I filed the I485 because the EB1 category was concurrent at that time (but not for EB2). Later the EB1 case was denied and now the EB2 is approved.
My question is that how to know if my approved NIW I140 is linked to the I485 I’ve filed. As you know that the NIW case has had been concurrent in August this year but later it was not. So, it is possible that my NIW I140 has already been linked to that I485. But how to check it? Thanks a lot._:$
I485 linked to I140?
