since then no update on our cases
send letter for FL, senator, congress, FBI, all came back saying my NC pending (my wife NC cleard on Aug 2004), and nothing they can do, just have to wait
File WOM April 2007 (Pro Se)
60 days later got MTD from AUSA
response to MTD on June,
got second FP July 2007
got notice for scheduling MTD hearing on November 6, then AUSA asked for re-schedule since his wife's due day, reschedule to Nov 13, 2007
filed supp to court with more material to support my case
Nov 13, 2007, went to hearing with my wife, and Judge ordered USCIS/FBI to adjudicate cases ...
