Probably you don't want to get a second or more thorough ajudication by CIS when you apply for citizenship. You may lie to parents/family relatives by blocking those words for good wills, but unnecessary to CIS.

Many folks have a sad history behind. It's all understandable .Just be more careful next time on paperwork. Consequence of your case may be more like those GCD cases debated every several months. Many unfunctional GCD members filled in NON-GCD on the 485 forms.
