Also depends on what's attitude of your company. If they are nice and let you go, not a problem at all after 6 months.

USCIS will re-ajudicate your case if you apply for citizenship in the future. It's not a good record to quit job rightaway without fulfiling your GC promise that you should persistently serve sponsor for a certain time length after getting GC.
GC is issued based on your future promise, not your work history, particulary on employer-sponsored Eb.

You may want to ask XBT if there's a chance that CIS asks for RFE from your LG for your pay stubs.She may have insights on similar cases.
