how long the judge to rule for WOM case?

I started WOM law suite for my I485 6 months ago. The hearing was scheduled on Oct 30. Then the attorney told me that the hearing was cancelled, and judge will make a decision directly based on the motion. Now it's almost 4 weeks, still no news from the judge. Anyone has similar experience? How long usually it takes for judge to make a decision? I am in bay area, santa clara country.
