再問Emergency AP, 請pejiang, xiaobaitu等幫忙看看.

母親腦出血, 必須回國. 我昨天去local office, 他們說我必須先遞交I-131, 收到receipt後, 再去local office辦理加快, 他們不接受I-131申請. 有朋友建議E-File I-131, 但是E-File instructions中說, 如果要求加快處理I-131就不能用E-File. 懇請各位, 有沒有什麽辦法可以加快辦理AP? 謝謝了.
