綠了綠了！NSC, 順便問如何撤訴

C 兩年半，10/31 上庭打WOM官司，11/17就綠了

Eb-1b, CSC--〉NSC,

140 ND 6/04, AD 3/05
485 ND 5/05, Stuck in NC since then.

花了無數時間和精力給所有人寫信，第一夫人那兒就寫了兩封，最後豁出去了打官司。
不清楚到底有沒有用，兩年半大概是Average水平吧。

請問從法院撤訴的手續是什麽呢？
