十萬火急！！！綠卡冤案！！！

有個朋友剛剛收到通知，他的綠卡申請被拒絕，原因是移民局說他沒去做finger print! 認為他abandon case!!!!

事實上他去了，但移民局自己內部出錯！！！

各位大俠有無什麽好建議？？
