If you mailed by Certified mail or Registered mail, then you can check online and if they received the letters. Then you can file the Certificate of Service with the mailing recepts and the online received status.

Please remember, if you did not use the above mailing methods (Certified mail or Registered mail), it will not follow the federal rulles that requires the two mailing methods.
