My lawyer is american lady, very professional. They charge high but I don't regret now. My case is much weaker than yours. They still can put me through eb1a without RFE. They may have inside man or sources (guess).
You can certainly send email to her for inquiry. I sumarize a few pros &cons for them:
pros
1) response is quick
2) successful rate is high.
3)professional
cons:
1) expensive
2) not fast in processing
3) probably will charge you extra fee for RFE.
