我本人去年辦理J1豁免時，我家人尚在國內還沒有來美國(既然他們當時尚在國內，因此我當時申請J1豁免時，就壓根沒能提供他們的任何信息)。後來豁免了，他們才持J2來美國。今年我轉H1-B、我家人轉H4、以及後來遞交I-485等等都沒有問題。

所以我的個人經曆說明，J1一旦豁免,J2是自動豁免的。
