To Xiaobaito, Pijiang and Radiology

I got a letter from USCIS and was told that my case was delayed because the name check has not been completed. They will make a desion on my application within 6 month. Do you have any idea what dose this mean?

My case informatin: Concurrently I-140 and I-485 on Oct.13, 2004. I-140 approved March, 2005. First FP was 05/05/2005. Second FP was 11/27/2006. Call them few times ad was told that name check are still pendng.
