請教一個關於H1B transfer的問題

情況是這樣的：

現在收到一個offer,但是想在確認H1b成功transfer之後再辭職。

如果收到receipt，是否表明transfer已經批準了呢？但是目前的公司要求起碼提前2個星期給notice.如果等收到receipt之後再辭職，是不是就太晚了？也就是說如果receipt代表transfer成功，那麽transfer之後，我就不能繼續在原公司工作2星期了，對吧？

希望高手指教。
