Help! Parents B-2 visa extension rejected. What can I do?

My parents visited us once before on B-2 visa, extended to a year; went back to China and stayed in China for almost 2 years before this visit. We applied for extension again this time and was rejected. They are asked to leave the US within 30 days. Is there anything I can do to get Immigration reconsider the application?
