H1B faculty wants to change job to industry. Can H1B transfered? Or need new H1B?
--有人也轉成了的,一般情況有難度

I140 approved > 180 days, EB2 LC/PERM. I485 pending > 180 days. Can faculty go to industry with EAD card?
--可以,但新雇主要提供一個相當的"終身位置"
