A strage case - H1b transfer -please comment

Hi I got my green card in July.
However, today I got my non-immigration H1b visa approved, So what status am I?

Current Status: Approval notice sent.
On November 16, 2007, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129 PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service.
