各位高人幫幫忙：485提交後換工作， 急！！！

各位大俠，請幫忙看看吧：

我們是今年7月初交的485申請，老公是主辦人。我們EAD和AP都拿到了。目前老公打算換工作，新公司同意明年1月2號開始工作 （180天後）。140是去年就批了的。我的問題是：
1） 他目前的公司可以撤銷已經批準的140嗎？
2） 公司可以撤銷已經提交的485嗎？
3） 如果485被撤銷了，我們應該怎麽辦？
4） 另外一個問題，我老公的H1簽證是明年5月到期。如果現在公司不會這麽做，我們應該考慮做H1 transfer，還是直接用EAD去上班呢？因為考慮到現在排期倒退，我想是不是用H1簽證比較保險呢？
