you may still need to push USCIS

after the hearing (the Judge ordered USCIS to adjudicate our case sooner, if not within 60 days, report details back to Court....), AUSA email me that FBI already cleared my NC 1.5 months ago(shame on them, USCIS have 1.5 month to work with NC clear, and still just let it pending over there). Hope now with the Court order, they can move forward faster
