關於AP 問題

請問各位高手：
EB１（１４０pending） 遞交了４８５， AP， EAD
NIW（１４０ 已批） 遞交了４８５

如果我用EB１的AP回美國後，發現EB１的１４０被拒，那我將是什麽身份？
