請指教：要不要將EAD卡出示給HR?

7月份交的485，9月份剛拿到EAD。還在原公司工作。現身份H-1, 不想進入AOS。HR要我把新收到的EAD卡複印一份給他們。這樣做可不可以？有沒有什麽不良影響？
記得有人說過把EAD出示給HR就相當於使用了EAD,就會丟掉現在的H身份。記不太清了，請各位指教。謝謝！
