As so many people can't retrieve their case by phone, I think the chance of updating the case is really doom!

I have the same situation, so really hope they're updating the case!!!

By the way, as the Cap retrogression to Jan 1st, 2003, Don't know how they deal with the case previously CURRENT like ours?!!
