FBI name check expedite Criteria
In order by USCIS to expedite an FBI name check request, one of the following criteria must be established
* military deployment must be imminent
* age-out benefits (not covered under the provision of the Child status Protecthion Act)
* Writ of Mandamus -lawsuit pending in Federal Court (they rescind this since last November, they will NOT automatically put you in expedite pipeline, but will decide case by case)
* immigraiton Judge case -grant of lawful permanent residency
* Compelling reasons asprovided by the requesting office (i.e critical medical condition) assess on a case by case base
If you can't find any of above reasion, then file lawsuit will be the only effective way, and if your hu*****and already done the interview, it is required by law that they must adjudicate the case within 120 days of interview.
