綠卡批了。

昨天收到的郵件，說是485批了。律師說大概兩個星期綠卡能到，回到家裏，485批文和綠卡都躺在信箱裏了。綠卡是11月6號製作的，485批文是11月7號的，時間順序整個都反過來了。

2001年7月 priority date
2005年9月第一次140，485被拒，因為颶風逃難在外沒有補充文件。而且，被拒後半年才通過內線查到，因為移民局網上，和電話谘詢都是說pending.估計那個case現在還在pending....
2006年2月重新遞交140， 兩個星期批了。4月交485
2007年4月給參議院，眾議院，第一夫人，FBI寫信
2007年11月拿到綠卡

不知道寫那些信是不是還真管用了。反正沒有壞處。還在等的人不妨也試試看。
