It appears that USCIS made a mistake to state that I-485 can't be located when both I-485 and I-131 were filed concurrently. Probably you can't file I-131 again until I-485 receipt becomes available.

Your fee check is returned not cashed, even was stamped on the back. Check your bank account to verify it. Usually USCIS will present you a refund check if fee payment has been redeemed.

My I-485 got a receipt on 9/12/07
My son's I-485 reting on 10/04/07 concurrently with I-131 again due to somthing wrong.

today, "All Form I-131 and supporting documents return due to USCIS unable to locate a my son's Form I-485, so unable to process petition.
USCIS suggest evidence of a pending I485 as re-reting I131."
After Calling USCIS , need 90 days to get I485 receipt until to Jan 04.

"And all Checks ( $170 for 1st , and $305 for 2nd ) returned and are endorsed "for Deposit only" upon receipt by USCIS. You may present this letter to the finiancial insittute issuing the remittance when requsting a refund."
That means they already doposit money but not take from my account?
My money still in my account

Question: Once I re I131, I need write another new check ($305)?
and I need wait for I485 receipt for re-re.
I want to die !!!
