I want to file EB1-EA by myself, I prepared every document in the package except the petition letter which was written by my supervisor.My question is:
a, Who should be the petitioner, me or my supervisor, in the Part 1 and Part 5 of form I-140?
b, Is it better (any advantage) that the letter was written by my supervisor instead of me?
