公司從沒讓我填I-9表，從沒過問我是否合法工作，問題嚴重嗎？

倒是幫辦了H1b.
現在手頭有EAD和H1b.
沒I-9表是否說明魚民局沒我的記錄（即不是EAD,也不是H1b工作）？

要不要拿菜刀逼他們給表我填？
