(1) 申請的時候說了一個月，實際回去45天，入境時有沒有麻煩？
- No

(2) 回來時護照有效期隻剩下5個月，不到6個月，有沒有問題？
- You may not be admitted, or you maybe admitted with I-94 good through your passport expiration date. Better renew your passport in advance.

(3) AOS身份，H1失去後沒有轉H4，需要帶上EAD嗎？
- Not necessary.
