Name Check clear後一般多快能批485？

我的485receipt date是去年11月6日。
上周五去Infopass被告之name check cleared on Oct 16,2007.
一般還要等多久才能拿到綠卡？
下麵還有什麽費時間的步驟嗎？一定要轉到local office嗎？

公司不景氣，日夜盼著早點綠。
