Q1: My I-140 and I-485 are pending. If I use EAD to work, will it affect my I-140 approval?
- No

Q2: If my I-140 is denied, can I still apply for H1B from outside US?
- Yes

Q3: My situation is that a company applied H1B visa for me, I am waiting for approval. Now if I used EAD to work, what kind of status is it from H1B application to using EAD. If the company cancels the application, it mean I am out of status?
- After using EAD, you're always in AOS no matter H-1 is canceled or not.
