十萬火急：原雇主不給開Verification Letter 怎麽辦！

現在的公司正給俺申請PERM，可我以前工作過的那家印度人開的小公司不給我開雇傭證明，這可怎麽辦呢？能用當時的H-1B資料證明嗎？
