Radiology and Xiao Bai Tu, Please help!

I filed I485 based on marriage on local office----San Jose, CA.

I need to renew my EAD. Should I send I-765 form to National Benefit Center or Chicago(USCIS POBox 805887 Chicago IL 60680-4120)?
