XBT, PJ, Radiology, and other experts, help needed!

My wife is a F1 and has submitted 485 with me. We got our APs and will go
back to China for a couple of weeks this December. Does she need tell the
office of international students about her 485 application? What should she
do before she leave for China? Thanks a lot!
