不對. 你仍然可以為學校A工作,隻要你的學校A時申請的H1B沒過期(see your I-797form)或終止 (you termine for leaving or other reason).

２. 我什麽時候可以開始在學校B的工作呢？ 他們file the application一刻，還是申請得到批準的時候？

在你的學校A時申請的H1B還沒過期的情況下,隻要學校B拿到你的USCIS的H1B transfer receipt (不用等批準),你就可以開始為學校B工作.

在你材料都齊全的情況下整個過程一般兩周到兩個月左右,現在USCIS是非常時期,時間可能會更長一些.


"Current H1B visa holders can change employers as soon as an H1B transfer petition is 'submitted' to the USCIS by the new employer. H1B transfers are Not counted towards the cap and therefore can be filed at any time of the year."
